Home Schooling
Home Schooling is a parent-directed approach to educating a student in Grades 1 to 8 at home or elsewhere in which parents are responsible for making all education decisions. Parents choose curriculum resources and instructional methods consistent with their family's beliefs and consistent with the Alberta Home Education regulations. Grande Prairie Public School Division offers a Supervised by school authority (funded) home education program supervised by an accredited teacher(s).
