Current GPPSD families that have moved and require a transfer to a different GPPSD school follow this process:
- Log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal
- Select SchoolEngage on the left menu
- Select Student from the menu
- Choose the student requiring the change
- Complete the Change of Information form for the current year.
Proof of Address for the new address must be provided to initiate any transfers or address updates. Please contact your current school to initiate the transfer to the new school.
Should a move in residence occur after the month of September, the child, at the request of the parent, and with approval of the principal, may complete the school year without being required to transfer to the school within their attendance area. Where this has been granted students will be required to attend their new attendance area school the following year. (Administrative Procedure 306 Boundary Exemptions)
