Ratification of Four-Year Agreement for Non-Instructional Staff

GPPSD and the GPPSD Employee’s Association are pleased to announce the successful ratification of a four-year agreement, effective September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2028. The division believes this agreement marks a significant milestone in its partnership with its non-instructional staff, reinforcing a shared commitment to supporting students and families across GPPSD.

The agreement is retroactive to September 1, 2024, and addresses key priorities such as fair compensation and other settlements relating to specific employee groups. Through collective bargaining, we agreed on a 12% wage increase over the next four years (3%, 3%, 3%, 3%), expiring August 31, 2028.
