I am born and raised in Grande Prairie and have lived here for 55 years. I am in my second term as a trustee. The best part of being a Trustee is seeing student and teacher success in our division, working to ensure our voice is heard with government and making a difference with Public Education. Outside of being a Trustee, I have worked in a family-owned business since 1978, Curry's Jewelers  I love to travel, either right here in Canada or the world. Public Education is where students receive the learning they need, no matter what their background is. We accept all students. Priorities that I believe are important to the Grande Prairie Public School Division are success for all students, a caring and respectful environment to learn and laugh and play and providing the best education available to all students.
